From a young age, Vasilios knew that art was his calling. However, it was not until he faced a rare autoimmune disease in 2017 that his passion for painting truly flourished. Despite the hardships he faced, Vasilios turned to his artistic talents as a source of strength and inspiration, channeling his emotions onto the canvas with every brush stroke. But that’s not all.
Vasilios is also an author, a former Playgirl model, and a professional entertainer, famously known as the “Thief of Hearts.” His adventurous spirit and infectious zest for life have led him to co-found and serve as former Vice-President of the BUC, Building Union of Canada, where he advocated for the rights of workers.
Today, Vasilios continues to live life to the fullest, even with Stage 5 Kidney failure resulting from his autoimmune disease. He is a shining example of how the human spirit can persevere through even the toughest of challenges, and how artistic expression can provide solace and inspiration in times of adversity.
