Discover the soul of the Mediterranean through the lens of two culinary powerhouses at The Greek Experience 2025. Chef George Tsaparas, one of Greece’s leading contemporary chefs and a trusted culinary voice across restaurants, TV, and international brand partnerships joins forces with Culinary expert Irene Matys, a Cypriot-Canadian farm-to-table advocate, cookbook author, TV personality and Food Stylist known for her heartfelt storytelling and seasonal philosophy.
